1. Data Controller
Ridey is the controller of dealer (account holder) personal data. For end-customer booking data submitted via a dealer page, the dealer is the controller and Ridey acts as a processor.
2. Data we collect
Account data: name, email, password hash, dealer profile.
Booking data: customer name, email, phone, address, optional ID document, booking preferences.
Vehicle and inventory data uploaded by dealers.
Usage logs and analytics needed to operate and secure the service.
Billing data (handled by Paddle as merchant of record).
3. How we use it
To provide the service, process bookings, send transactional emails (booking confirmations, reminders, password resets), bill subscriptions, and improve the product.
4. Sharing
We share data with the following processors and recipients:
Supabase — database, authentication, file storage.
Paddle — payment processing and billing (Merchant of Record).
Lovable — application hosting and email delivery.
Other dealers do not receive your data; bookings are scoped per dealer.
5. Retention
We retain account data while the account is active and for a reasonable period after closure. Booking data is retained as required by the dealer for follow-up and legal record keeping.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your data. Contact privacy@easytestride.com.
7. Refunds
You may request a refund of your most recent subscription payment within 14 days. Contact hello@ridey.io and we will process eligible refunds via Paddle.
