Terms of use

1. Service

Ridey ("we", "us") provides a SaaS platform that allows vehicle dealerships to manage test ride bookings, leads, vehicle inventory, team scheduling, and analytics. Customers of our dealers may submit booking requests through dealer-branded pages we host.

2. Merchant of Record

Subscription payments to Ridey are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited as our reseller and merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, sales tax, and refunds on our behalf. Their terms apply to the payment transaction.

3. Subscription & Trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. After the trial, continued use of premium features requires an active subscription (€39/month). You can cancel at any time from your billing dashboard; your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the platform for unlawful activity, to send spam, to upload content that infringes third-party rights, or to circumvent platform limitations. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or pose a security risk.

5. Intellectual Property

The Ridey platform, brand and software are owned by us. Content you upload (logos, vehicle photos, descriptions) remains yours; you grant us a limited license to host and display it as needed to operate the service.

6. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment, fraud, or breach of these terms. You may cancel at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

7. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding a claim.
